EE reported: He & a co-worker had moved the lunch bench from along a ribline due to unstable roof in the area. He was attempting to pry down the loose roof. A piece of roof fell from behind where he was prying, striking his head & shoulder. He was knocked to the mine floor, striking his shoulder against the power cable tub & his head struck the tub resulting in 1"" cut.
