## Narrative

Employee was walking in snowpacked area alongside the tailings pipeline. The snow pack gave way underneath his right foot and employee twisted his left knee. Initially treated as first aid and released to return to work. MRI on 3/31/08 indicated a small tear to MCL tendon with doctor recommending restricted duty and physical therapy.
