Narrative

EE was unloading freight when banding material got hung out on the side gates of trailer. EE got on top of trailer to pull on banding material and banding material came apart and caused him to fall from trailer. EE landed on head & neck. EE said he felt fine, however the supervisor instructed him to talk to the nurse & she instructed him to go to Mt Graham Hospital
