Narrative

Working as a roof bolter helper while bolting the longwall face with Tensar screen. The face rolled in and the victim fell into the face conveyor in a attempt to avoid the falling coal. His left leg was covered by coal to the knee causing an abrasion and he sustained two fractured ribs & abrasion & contusions to his shoulder when he struck the face conveyor.
