A fall of roof occurred at the intersection, in # 7 entry at station # 6+30 of the 1st Left panel. The fall was approximately 80 feet in length 80 feet in width x 15 feet thick. The area was develpoed in October 2007 and had been supported with 6 foot fully grouted roof bolts.
