Narrative

Employee was loading a roof bolter on Unit 1. He was reaching over onto a scoop bucket to pick up a bundle of roof bolts when his left forearm came in contact with a metal band used to hold the bundle of roof bolts together. He received a laceration to the top of his left forearm just above his wrist. 9 sutures to close the wound.
