## Narrative

An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia Mine New Era Portal at 4957' west #2 Entry @ 8426N 1st West Headgate. The fall was approximately 50 feet long, approximately 18 feet wide and approximately 6-7 feet thick. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of employees. The fall will not be cleaned up. Fall #25D.
