A roof fall occured in the 2 main north in the #11 seam in the #1 entry in part of the intersection of crosscut #142 and extending through part of the pillar line between crosscut #142 and #143. The fall measured approximately 30'x18'x5'. The area was supported with 3' fully grouted bolts. An undetected slip was determined to be the cause of the fall.
