EE finished installing new cable and danger signs on the legs under the emergency refuse bin. He was getting into the passage the pickup truck when he was struck on the top of his hard hat by a falling rock (2""x 8""x 10""l) causing him to strike his face and head on the rearview mirror of the truck resulting in 3 broken bones in his neck, 6 staples in his nose and 2 on his head.
