Narrative

Employee was standing next to the (Grant) robotic de-scaling machine while waiting for a hammer bit to be replaced. The bit to be installed rolled off of a nearby tank leg support and struck employee on the top of his left foot. X-rays and evaluation determined contusion to left foot. Returned to work with restrictions.
