Narrative

Employee stated that he and witness picked up a piece of 6"" pipe from #7 crosscut 3-2 and were attempting to carry it on their shoulders to 6.5 block to facilitate a belt move. The injured employee slipped on an old, dry shuttle car rut and twisted his right ankle causing him to fall to the mine floor.
