While refueling the D8 Dozer at the fuel station, employee was descending from the equipment with his right hand on the dozer's railing. As he reached out to grab the fuel nozzle with his left hand, his left foot slipped causing a jerking motion unexpectedly to his right arm. Thereafter he started to feel mild pain.
