A roof fall was foundby an examiner during an idle day fire check. The fall was located at 1+80 #6 room off the return side at 29+20 of Zone P1 of Zone sub1. The fall was 60'Lx19'Wx7'H. The area was originally supported with 5' fully grouted resin bolts. There were no injuries involved, air flow was not disturbed and the passage of men was not affected.
