## Narrative

He was traveling thru a 30""x30"" mandoor, while holding the door open with his left arm he felt pain in the bicep area. He continued to work at his regular duties but also continued to feel pain. He eventually went to a physician and was diagnosed with a left bicep tendon tear. He was removed from work on 4/7/08 for surgery to repair the torn bicep tendon. 1st day off was 4/7/08.
