Narrative

#3 Hoist tripped out with a slack rope indication at approx. 8:45 p.m. Then at 9:30 p.m. #2 Hoist stopped with a brake release problem. Mine evacuation began at 9:40 p.m. At 12:15 a.m. on 4/12/08, both hoists were repaired and ready for service.
