## Narrative

An unintenional roof fall occurred in worked out rooms at station 65+80 in entry #3 of the 3D panel.  The fall did not affect ventilation, passage of men or cause personal injury.   The fall will not be cleaned up.   The fall measured 30 feet x 20 feet x 8 feet high.  Approximate date of development 1-15-2008.
