As he was passing a coal truck he hit a rock on the berm,traveling 100' hit the second rock, traveling another 100' hitting the bank and third rock,causing pick-up to flip. Resulting in laceration to his right index finger and passenger recieved facial fracture with laceration and small skull facture.
