## Narrative

A Mechanic was lifting a pipe from the ground floor to intermediate level of Building. As the lift began, he began to move on the ground level to access stairs to the intermediate level. He tripped over a 3"" drain pipe running at floor level and fell, striking his right knee. He was sent to an orthopedic specialist who diagnosed a fractured patella.
