Narrative

Employee rolled over a piece of mine rail to make another cut on it and the rail slipped pinching his finger. Cause of this injury was safety awareness and having proper help. Compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, protective equipment (gloves) a factor, miner proficiency a factor, mining equip/system not a factor.
