Narrative

While removing a large nut on flushing head of drill,EE struck the wrench he was using with a hammer causing a sliver to imbed into his hand. He was taken to ER and the decsion was to leave it alone, however the hand continued to bother him so he was scheduled to have it removed on 4/24/2008 and is currently off work until then.
