Narrative

Injured had sat down on the roof bolter. He slid himself off the bolter that was 39"" off the bottom. When he came off he landed on a rock 2""to3""X 49""X80"" twisting his left ankle causing pain. Injured had xrays done. No signs of broken bone. Ankle is sprained and will go back to the doctor Monday 04/28/08.
