Narrative

EE had just helped a co-worker set a ""J"" channel and set legs under the ""J""channel.Co-worker then dropped the ATRS and the legs that supported the ""J""channel apparently kicked out allowing the ""J""channel to fall striking EE on side of head & shoulder.EE was placed on restricted.He returned to full duty on 04/21/2008.
