Narrative

EE was changing screen on motor on classifer, when coming down steps, foot slipped because he had mud on shoes. EE slid down 5 steps and right arm got caught or hung on stair rail, causing him to pull his right shoulder. He was also holding his tool box in right arm at time of fall. He however, landed on his feet.
