Narrative

While making a batch the Mixer Operator went to open the slide on the #14 Conveyor and cut his left hand on the conveyor cover. The operator was not wearing gloves. There was a shop work order written to install rubber around the edge to prevent future incidents, this was completed that same night. The operator received 2 stitches
