## Narrative

EE closed the rib protector after installing a strap, when a piece of rock fell from the roof, between the straps, struck the tubing and then hit his self rescuer pushing it into his right hip causing a strain to the right hip and back area.  He was taken to the hospital and kept overnight for observation.
