Narrative

Installing gauges on bottle on top of rig truck bed. Turned & slipped off edge falling to ground-broke fall w/arms on ground. Did not go to doctor until 3/20/08. Dr deemed he was able to work w/no limitations. This made the injury ""not reportable"". On 4/29/08 he went to his personal orthopedic surgeon & was put on limited use of left hand, making it reportable on 4/29.
