Narrative

The employee was standing inside of a 913 loader bucket to hang cable. When he stepped out of the bucket, he stepped on a small rock on the ground and twisted his right ankle. On May 5th the employee went to see a doctor and found a fractured right ankle. The employee was placed on restricted duty for two weeks.
