## Narrative

Employee was cleaning hoist screens at the heavy duty truck shop.  Employee was using Citrus Solve to rinse the screens.  Some of the liquid fell on the employee's right foot, penetrating the shoe.  This resulted in a chemical burn to the employee's foot.
