Employee stated he was standing at the side and end of a ram car shoveling some rock dust out of the bed of the car. The stinger, liked a little pushing all the rock dust out, so he was shoveling the rest. The operator of the car told him to watch out he was going to do something and thinking the injured would move, he let the bed down and the injureds foot was under the edge.
