Narrative

Boilermaker was sorting material from a shipping container, taking inventory. He was placing 7""x7""x1"" steel blocks onto top side of a beam and pushing them to the side to get a count. Employee felt a strain in his left shoulder. Reported on 4/28, became reprotable injury on 5/9 after MRI revealed a tendon tear.
