The employee was using a tugger to winch a relay bar on the Longwall face. The bracket broke loose, causing tension in the tugger cable. The employees legs became pinched under the cable, against the headgate. This caused a fracture to the right fibula, bruising the left thigh and an avulsion to his middle finger on his right hand. He is on restricted duty.
