## Narrative

Employee was kneeling on a catwalk and was using a 3/4"" pry bar to scrape build up from the top drum of a gravity take up on the #7 conveyor, while the belt was running. The belt grabbed the bar and pulled it through the drum causing the pry bar to be pulled from his hands causing lacerations from the mushroomed end of the bar.
