Narrative

Employee was feeding cable through a sheave from top to bottom. As the cable got to the end, a loop formed. When the end of the loop got close to the sheave, the cable slipped in, jamming the tip of the ring finger on the right hand. X-rays revealed minimally displaced fractures of the terminal tuft (right hand 4th finger).
