## Narrative

Employee was walking between core tables and to avoid some water she stepped over to the right side.  The grate was sticking up a 1/2"" above the others and her toe caught on the grate. She tried to catch herself as she was falling but she twisted her body and fell on her right side.  She went to the doctor on 5/27/08 and this was when it became a Lost Time.
