## Narrative

A rock 6"" x 12"" x 2"" thick fell from roof striking the front of my hard hat. Hat was knocked from my head, second rock fell striking my head 4"" x 8"" x 1"" thick causing a laceration. This injury did not involve any aspect of compliance with rules or regulations, job skills or attitude.
