EE took break to walk/stretch legs. The EE then climbed the access ladder onto the haul truck and felt a pull in his lower back from pulling himself up onto the bottom step (33"" high). The EE tried to care for his back himself however the pain was not going away, EE went to clinic on 6/4/08. He was diagnosed with a back strain, given physical therapy and modified work restrictions.
