Narrative

EE was in the process of repairing or replacing a grease hose to a pillow block bearing. The bearing was on a hold down roller on the overland ""C"" belt. The belt was running at the time. His left hand and wrist came in contact with the belt and roller, causing a laceration to his left wrist and a tear to the palm of his left hand. He was sent to local medical facility.
