An unintentional roof fall occurred at the Galatia Mine North Portal at the 4119 west, crosscut 29, #1 entry of Flannigan west mains. The fall was approx 16' long, approx 16' wide & approx 10' thick. The fall did not affect ventilation or passage of employees. The fall will not be cleaned up. Fall #25I.
