Alledged incident was to have occurred while this employee was lifting a 5 gallon bucket of sealant. Cause of this injury was improper lifting and not wearing back support. Compliance with ruels/regs is not a factor, miner proficiency a factor, mining equip/systems not a factor, protective equipment (back support) a factor.
