Narrative

Employee was working on rebuilding a cyclone feed pump. Set some 12""x12""x16"" cribbing down to lay the pump casing on. Employee turned to walk to his left and tripped on the cribbing. As he was falling, he put his left hand out to catch himself and landed with all body weight on hand.
