Narrative

Due to wet material there was coal building up in the #1 feeder. EE used a step ladder to reach the 4inch access hole in order to use a high pressure hose to unclog the materail, when the materail broke free, EE lost his balance and fell about 3-4ft onto a belt support, resulting in a puncture/laceration.
