## Narrative

EE was operating tramway and had to reach down to secure a door on an incoming tram bucket.Doors on the tramway buckets are designed to latch automatically after they are emptied into the discharge silo;however, unlatched doors occur frequently due to rocks or sand in the latch mechanism. When EE reached to secure door, it caused a muscle strain in his lower back.
