## Narrative

Employee was removing scaffold from tank using a 15-ton gallion. Scaffold material got caught in the ladder. Pushing the scaffold with his leg, it swung around and hit his knee.  On June 4, 2008 he was referred to a doctor for evaluation of continued knee pain.  On June 19 he received a steroid injection in the right knee.  This constitutes a Medical Treatment case.
