## Narrative

The employee, along with three other employees, were reassembling the main pipeline to  the booster pump.  As the employee was pulling upwards on a large wrench to tighten a bolt, he felt a pain in his back.  The employee did not seek medical attention until 6/20/08 and then sought treatment for a pulled muscle in his stomach, not his back.
