Employee stated that has he was driving a golf cart. The steering wheel spun around striking the back of his hand. Cause of this injury was safety awareness. Compliance with rules/regs was not a factor, miner attitude was a factor, mining equipment/systems not a factor, protective equip (gloves) was a factor.
