Narrative

EE reported: He and coworkers were preparing sled to begin storing reclaimed belt supplies onto. As he was kneeling in front of the sled, a piece of draw rock measuring 7'x3'x0""-2"" thick fell striking the top of his head, sliding down his back and knocking him to the side. Extent of injury was pain and stiffness to his neck and upper back region.
