Narrative

EE was operating a roof bolter on C-section or 003 section. While drilling a hole in the roof, a piece of rock approx 6 X 10 X 1"" thick fell from the roof and struck EE in the nose. The rock had sharp edges and cut the tip of his nose off. Given 1st aide and transported to ER.
