Employee was helping a welder to set up for a box repair on Truck 214 and he squatted down to pick up a 12""X12""X24"" wood block. When he lifted the block he felt a pop sound in his left shoulder and had some soreness the next day. The results of his MRI was noted on 06/24/2008
