EE was standing along the stage loader that was being installed for the new longwall panel. The stage loader was sitting on crib blocks about 1.5 feet off of the floor. While attempting to hook another piece of the stage loader together, it fell off of the blocks and knocked the EE to the ground. 12 days later the EE went to the Dr.
