A roof fall occured north f 8x3 hdg inby feeder. Fell above anchorage aprox 65' long in #3 and 20' into 3x2. Area was bolted with 6' super twist fully grouted, and 12' cable bolts in the intersection. Face ventilation in #3 was compromised. No men or machines injured or trapped.
